Yes, it seems like every time i go into the ladies washroom here at fluid the toilet paper roll is out and it needs to be replaced OR the new roll is just sitting on the empty roll. come on now, just change it.

    ok, so it happened again! i went to the washroom and the new roll was sitting on top of the old roll. IS THIS SOME SORT OF JOKE! Do you think this is funny! WHO, i said WHO, is doing this?

    Hey, i forgot to tell you all. On friday, i had to use the washroom, and the girls was occupied, so i went to the boys……….
